Shipping Policy

- Brand Evolution, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

- Once your package leaves our warehouse and tracking has been registered with the carrier you selected on your order, Brand Evolution, LLC no longer is liable for delivery of your package, lost or stolen packages.   All cliaims regarding lost or stolen packages will have to be filed with that carrier directly.  

- Please confirm all shipping information prior to placing your order.  If your ship to address is incorrect, misspelled or missing address information such as building numbers, apartment numbers, SW, SE, NE, NW, and is lost, stolen, undeliverable or returned to sender, Brand Evolution, LLC is not liable for the cost to replace and/or reship your order.

- If you place an order via Phone please be sure to check the ship to address on your order email confirmation the same day.  In the event the address is incorrectly entered, misspelled or missing address information such as building numbers, apartment numbers, SW, SE, NE, NW, and is lost, stolen, undeliverable and/or returned to sender Brand Evolution, LLC is not liable for the cost to replace and/or reship your order.

- Tracking information is sent directly to the customer via order confirmation email for USPS or UPS packages. Please be sure to follow up with the appropriate carrier to locate your package prior to contacting Brand Evolution, LLC with any lost or stolen package information as we are unable to assist directly with these claims you will have to file them with the carrier.  

- By submitting an order via the phone or website you are agreeing to Brand Evolution, LLC Shipping Policy.
